Our mission is simple: to equip parents with the tools and confidence to advocate for their child's education. Together, we will navigate the ARD process, always keeping your child's best interests at the center.
ACADEMIC PLANNING
We support families with academic planning by helping them understand graduation requirements, create long-term course maps, and align class choices with students' strengths and career goals, while also teaching families how to monitor progress through school portals and reports.
We want to make sure your student is college and career ready.
ACADEMIC READINESS ASSESSMENT
Our Academic Student Readiness Assessment is for all grade levels, and it provides families with a clear, honest picture of where their child currently stands academically— and what steps are needed to get them on track.
We examine academic skills, school supports, and long-term readiness to identify strengths, uncover gaps, and flag potential risks early.
BEHAVIOR GUIDANCE
We know progressive behavior and discipline interventions. We also know the right approach when dealing with these concerns with your students' school.
We provide strategies to know how to advocate for your child during behavior or disciplinary situations. We can be in attendance with you during those behavior meetings with administration. Our goal is to partner with you so your child can thrive in and out of the classroom.

Nain Muñoz
With almost two decades of experience in education, including a decade as a school principal, Nain brings a deep understanding of how schools operate from the inside out. His mission is clear: to guide families through the often complicated education system while ensuring that students receive the high-quality learning experiences they deserve. Think of Nain as your own personal school principal who works or advocates on your behalf with your complaint or needs.
Nain is passionate about partnering with families and advocating for students. He believes every child should have access to the best education possible and that families deserve honest, straightforward support as they navigate the system.
Nain has had the privilege of leading three comprehensive high schools as head principal. Nain holds two master’s degrees in education: one in Assessment and Instruction and another in Educational Leadership.
